Course Description
This course is designed for those students interested in more in-depth study of food preparation and how food affects our daily life. Units covered will include advanced food preparation with a focus on regional and international foods, as well as nutrition for good health, including evaluating our own food habits. These topics will be covered through group discussions, teacher demonstrations, lectures, guest speakers, student projects, and laboratory experience. |
